On the first day, a screening test called the (Officers Intelligence Rating) OIR and (Picture Perception and Description Test) PPDT tests will be given.

WAT (Word Association Test)

SRT (Situation Reaction Test)
After WAT, SRT will be conducted, and participants will have ten minutes to respond to these questions. There will be 60 questions, and you must write 2-3 lines in response to each scenario.
Day 3 and 4
