G.J. Singh VSM (Retd.). This initiative also aims to share the rich experiences of other renowned veterans of the Indian Armed Forces.

The initiative's success lies in the fact that the team has trained thousands of NDA aspirants, and several of them have successfully become IAF officers after receiving the recommendation of SSB. The 'How to crack SSB' initiative aims to create one million Non-Uniform Officers who can, in turn, be trained further to become IAF Officers in the future.
